History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content

History: He was born in the west. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nalral was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Nelkin was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of brigands
