Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family

His father taught him the rudiments of the Sellsword arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
