History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and sabotage a competitor

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Balam abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
