Description: This man is tall and muscular. He usually wears his blue robe and has his greataxe always slung over his shoulder. He sports a flattop hair cut. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. A true patriot, Flogg would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Flogg was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Flogg decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
