Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a greataxe on his belt, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Gifted from a young age, Patrin studied abroad. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Patrin was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his long scarlet crest kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are gold.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mercenary. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Darrow is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
