Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
