History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by goblins. When Gerard reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Maagog hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Maagog was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the west to a Tanner, Gilthur learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is content.
