Heskan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heskan. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Cimer was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Interpreter. He tends to his Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
