History: Paggen hails from a village terrorized by giants. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Valafar reached his early adolescence his Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ûgakûga will drive conversation. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ûgakûga studied abroad. His first spouse was a Doctor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
