Description: He wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has shaved his head bald. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a glaive, but if one is not available he will default to his lance. He is physically well-built. His hair is short and red. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Shane has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: He is wearing a tight blue one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, and carries longbows. He wears his silver hair up. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age his mother died while driving off some goblins. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in monstrous two handed axe use. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge

Description: This man is very fat, and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson black hat.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Igden was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: He is greedy; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
