History: Born in the east to a Detective, Bulzo learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Navigator soon after.
