History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. After a long history of fighting, Dustin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a Doctor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, brown shirt, and pastel tie. He carries a battered halberd and tarnished longsword as well. His hair is short and silver. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Rimple is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rimple grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Gnome Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Rimple and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Rimple discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Rimple fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
