Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Nicholas was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and to get a good night's sleep

He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bruz never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
