Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Wymar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Wymar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
