Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. His red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Pandjed hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting.
