Description: He is lean but muscular and tends to wear a large blue jacket. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his shield, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his top white hat.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Description: This eastern man typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. His clothes are grease stained in places. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Chay is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Chay was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Chay abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

His green crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bharash grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Bharash abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
