History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aelar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Through the years after Aelar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Aelar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Aelar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many drow want him driven away

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Valafar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and a deep hatred of goblins

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
