History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Astar took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Vondal was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Vondal was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vondal decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.
