History: Jocelyn was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
