History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. Bellfounder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Pelt was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
