Description: This man is very fat, and wears dull tan sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed scythe, just in case. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He takes great joy in being the best Sailor in town.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Uthemar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently the stress of being a Sailor has made it difficult for him to sleep.
