History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Modean and his spouse have recently divorced.
