His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hubert grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hubert. History: Born to a Mayor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Harbek never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
