History: Valafar was born with his father's beautiful face. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

History: Born in the south to a Server, Trail learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Server and found it very stressful. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
