History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He would ruin relationships and cause injury.
