Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His crest is short and scarlet. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Navigator. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has worked as a Navigator like his mother before him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
