History: Aelar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Aelar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: An older man who wears a worn and beaten armor, he is not a threatening figure. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a fancy tan suit. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bernard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants a kiss

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Interpreter. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He got into the Interpreter business at a young age. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hand crossbow use. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Interpreter for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
