History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Tomi reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Windy was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.
