History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cook for the past few years.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Borun is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a grey vest and prefers black and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Mindartis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a rival would like him out of the picture
