Description: A middle-aged man, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, and is pretty ugly. His hair is brown and curly. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. A true patriot, Alexandre would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Alexandre liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is content

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: Zepar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
