He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barkeep. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
