History: Quarethon was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

After coming to the age of reason, Reirak took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Adrex was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
