History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He married young, but lost his spouse to orcs. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Peter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Tanner. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Trag alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
