Description: An older man who is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, he is not a threatening figure. His red crest is braided into rings. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Torinn was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. After a long history of fighting, Torinn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Spear alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has worked as a Bookbinder like his father before him.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His blonde hair is long and unkept. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He takes great joy in being the best Sage in town.

History: He was born in the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adrex grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adrex. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
