History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Mozfel was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Mozfel was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Mozfel's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
