History: Gifted from a young age, Joser studied abroad. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Joser never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
