History: Ernest was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has achieved small success as a Armorer.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
