Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Courier business.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Oblar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
