History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Latbag was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He tends to his Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. During his travels, Gimgen and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gimgen discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gimgen fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Dabbledob isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he's looking for his big break

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and to reunite with his absent mother
