Description: He wears a grey vest and prefers red and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are gray.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents enrolled him in a Expert school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he is greedy

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has no hair. He has blue eyes.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gorgûm took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Eiravel was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eiravel decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: Seeks redemption.

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a green coat. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to end his boredom
