History: Garl was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Merchant, and he later adopted a second son.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Mehen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
