History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bork was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Roondar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mercenary and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his brother

History: Tree hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Tree alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his writing dream.
