Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a green coat. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This southern man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His clothes are grease stained in places. His dark red hair, when down, is lengthy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cressel was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Aerdeth was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Aerdeth was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Aerdeth decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is auburn and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is greedy

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heward grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His first spouse was a Marshal, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
