History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Medrash was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.
