Description: A 6'0" northern man, he wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His dark red hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are silver and beady.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Nicor was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Knight. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and a deep hatred of brigands

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He carries with him a set of sais, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 58. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After months of barely getting by, Valafar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Hadarai lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: He wears a fancy blue suit. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hand crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His hair is cut close to his head. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Gifted from a young age, Gilbert studied abroad. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
