History: He was born into a rich family. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Zaffrab isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Blacksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Architect. He tends to his Architect job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is fixated on the number 91. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the north. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: 3'4" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a brown costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His hair is auburn and curly. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants him found
