History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Emerald was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Emerald's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Emerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Lamlis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dayereth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
