History: Cloak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Alexandre hails from a village terrorized by giants. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Adam was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Adam's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He became a Banker soon after.
