Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Pallabar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bookbinder, and he later adopted a second son.

History: He was born in the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and to prove his worth to the world
