History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His childhood dream was to be a Cook, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rolf never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
